We manufacture and distribute products in ten core categories: Baby Care, Feminine Care, Family Care, Grooming, Oral Care, Personal Health Care, Hair Care, Skin and Personal Care, Fabric Care and Home Care. 

And, within each category, Research & Development, Product Supply, and the Brand organization develop, manufacture and market the brands and products we provide to consumers.  

In order to deliver these brands to retailers, our Selling & Market Operations focus on selling and distribution. These SMOs are divided into six regions that reach consumers in over 180 countries—and are responsible develop and execute local plans that serve consumers wherever, whenever and however they shop.

Functions provide specialized expertise in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Communications, Legal and IT. Global Business Services (GBS) provide shared services such as payroll, purchases, real-time data analytics, benefits and facilities management.
